Who makes all of this happen?
The dedicated Mariners Inn staff includes:
- An executive director
with over 35 years as a mental health professional.
- Masters level
clinicians who direct the Inn's primary programs.
- A dual diagnosis
therapist, a family therapist and certified addictions professionals
- Ten substance
abuse counselors
- activities coordinators
- vocational
counselors
- An operations
director and eight shift managers (the Inn is
open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.)
- Administrative,
financial, and development specialists
- Maintenance and
kitchen staff, volunteers who provide organized instruction in
music, singing, crafts, computer software, reading literacy, GED,
and more.
- Graduate and
Undergraduate Student Interns
We are proud that over 43% of our staff are
themselves Mariners Inn alumni.
