Who makes all of this happen?

The dedicated Mariners Inn staff includes:
 

      • An executive director with over 35 years as a mental health professional.
      • Masters level clinicians who direct the Inn's primary programs.
      • A dual diagnosis therapist, a family therapist and certified addictions professionals
      • Ten substance abuse counselors
      • activities coordinators
      • vocational counselors 
      • An operations director and eight shift managers (the Inn is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.)
      • Administrative, financial, and development specialists
      • Maintenance and kitchen staff, volunteers who provide organized instruction in music, singing, crafts, computer software, reading literacy, GED, and more.
      • Graduate and Undergraduate Student Interns 


We are proud that over 43% of our staff are themselves Mariners Inn alumni.
