Mariners Inn joins art movement

Mariners Inn is proud to partner with the Heidelberg Project and celebrate their 25th anniversary and the city's art movement.   We have one of 25 car hoods which have been placed throughout the city asking people to write a response to a question presented.   Our question is, "Detroit - Where do we go from here?"      http://www.heidelberg.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=83:25-years&catid=38:fp-rokstories

Volunteers from Big Beaver United Methodist make a difference!!!

On Saturday, May 1, 2011, a group of volunteers from the Big Beaver United Methodist Church in Troy painted hallways at Mariners Inn and worked on our flower beds.  The group selected Mariners Inn as one of the non-profit organizations to assist as part of their Change the World Day. Community support is greatly appreciated and much needed.
